Hard Reset NOKIA X2 Dual SIM RM-1013
1. At the beginning turn off the phone by holding the Power button.
2. Then hold down together for a few seconds Volume Up and Power button.
3. When Nokia logo appears on screen, release your finger from the Power button but keep pressingVolume Up.
4. Release held key when the Recovery Mode appears.
5. Press Volume Down to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
6. Select "Yes". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
7. Press Power rocker to confirm “reboot" option.
8. Success! The hard reset is done!
